MAKÜ MMF students held the 4th graduation projects exhibition.

The Graduation Projects Exhibition, organized for the fourth time this year by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, was met with great interest. At the event held on May 30, 2025, in the faculty building, innovative and solution-oriented projects that the department students worked on throughout the year were exhibited.

 

Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Oğuz Gürsoy, academic and administrative staff, industry representatives, alumni, and their families attended the exhibition. Participants had the opportunity to closely examine the technological solutions developed by the students.

 

The graduation projects included work in many areas, from artificial intelligence-supported systems to energy efficiency, from automation solutions to communication technologies. Students introduced their projects with both technical and practical presentations and answered visitors' questions.

 

Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Assoc. Prof. Dr. Asım Gökhan Yetgin expressed that they make every effort to train students to be intertwined with practice and to prepare them for the industry.

 

In his speech, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Oğuz Gürsoy emphasized that the knowledge and skills acquired by students during their education will form an important foundation in their professional lives. He also stated that such exhibitions provide motivation for students and create awareness towards the industry. He noted that MAKÜ will continue to support qualified human resources in the field of engineering and congratulated the students on their graduation.

 

In the competition organized within the scope of the graduation projects, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Oğuz Gürsoy presented gifts to the students who realized the project that won first place. Prof. Dr. Oğuz Gürsoy congratulated project advisor Dr. Lecturer Mustafa Can Bingöl and his students for their success.

 

Participants examined the projects in detail throughout the exhibition and engaged in one-on-one conversations with the students, exchanging ideas.
