Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ), with its departments within the Vocational Schools, has registered its quality standards and achieved another significant success.
In line with the collaborations and efforts implemented by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) in recent years to enhance students' professional knowledge, skills, and experiences, three programs of MAKÜ received full accreditation for 4 years. The accreditation success of Gölhisar Health Services Vocational School First and Emergency Aid, Yeşilova İsmail Akın Vocational School Culinary, and Social Sciences Vocational School Civil Aviation Management programs once again proved the university's quality in the professional field.
Additionally, Bucak Hikmet Tolunay Vocational School Civil Aviation Management, Ağlasun Vocational School Banking and Insurance, Burdur Technical Sciences Vocational School Construction Technology, Burdur Health Services Vocational School First and Emergency Aid, Çavdır Vocational School Occupational Health and Safety, and Gölhisar Vocational School Architectural Restoration programs were also among the departments that received 2-year accreditation.
MAKÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar thanked all the staff involved in the accreditation process, stating that the success achieved demonstrates the university's rise in education and professional standards. Prof. Dr. Dalgar said, "Our university has reached this important milestone in its efforts to prepare our students more equipped for the business world. I wholeheartedly congratulate all our team members who contributed."
MAKÜ's accreditation success once again revealed the university's determination to strengthen its understanding of quality in education.
