A "Technology Addiction Awareness Event" was organized at MAKÜ

Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing, Department of Child Health and Diseases Nursing, under the supervision of Dr. Lecturer Hanife Ülgen, a "Technology Addiction Awareness Event" was held.

At the event, a booth was set up with posters and brochures prepared by students taking the Technology Addiction course to raise awareness about technology addiction. 

Research has shown that the brain MRI images of individuals addicted to substances are similar to those of individuals addicted to technology. At the technology addiction awareness event, brochures were distributed with information on topics such as the correct use of technology, its negative effects on physical, mental, and social aspects, and combating technology addiction.
