Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Bucak Hikmet Tolunay Vocational School (HTMYO) brought together young people with knowledge and inspiration to support them in their career journeys with the 15th Career Days event held on May 7-8, 2025.
During the two-day program, guests from different fields came together with students. In the opening session of the event, Ankara Young Business People Association (ANGİAD) President Ercan Yavaş drew attention with his inspiring speech about his entrepreneurship journey. His evaluations on the importance of entrepreneurial thinking, leadership competencies, and personal development attracted great interest from the students.
The second session of the event turned into an inspiration summit. Major Hasan Kocabaş, Team Leader from the Turkish Stars, the aerobatic team of the Turkish Air Force, Press Officer Lieutenant Fatih Sağlam, and Senior Chief Sergeant İbrahim Genç created great excitement in the hall with their speeches on achieving success without compromising determination and discipline.
On the second day of the event, Mehmet Eken, known on social media as “Palanın Otağı,” met with the participants. Eken sincerely shared his efforts to keep traditional Turkish culture alive on social media, his content creation journey, and his messages to young people.
In the final session of the event, the ‘2 Wheels 2 Hearts’ formation took the stage. The team, who shared their life experiences gained by traveling around Turkey by motorcycle, received great appreciation from the audience with their impressive narratives that would instill courage, exploration, and different perspectives in young people.
The 15th Career Days not only provided students with professional knowledge but also offered an experience full of life vision, self-confidence, and inspiration.
