Nature Lovers Met at MAKÜ Active Life Center and Kasnak Oak Nature Park

The trekking event organized by Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Faculty of Sports Sciences Active Life Center brought nature enthusiasts together at Isparta-Eğirdir Kasnak Oak Nature Park. The event, led by Prof. Dr. Erdal Kendüzler and Res. Asst. Yakup Köse, was organized in collaboration with BURDOSK (Burdur Nature Sports Club), offering students the opportunity to both exercise and discover the unique beauties of nature.

Participants gathered early in the morning and started the walk amidst the color feast of the Kasnak Oak Forest. Nature, adorned with shades of green, yellow, red, and blue, presented a tableau to the participants. The walk, which took place in a peaceful environment with fresh air, ended at Kovada Lake. Students participating in the event expressed their happiness with the relaxing effect that nature and sports provided both mentally and physically.

MAKÜ Active Life Center stated that it will continue such events aimed at increasing awareness of healthy living and reinforcing love for nature. The center invites everyone who wants to adopt a lifestyle intertwined with nature to join them in the next event.
