The UNILIG Women's Football Turkey Championship organized by the Turkish University Sports Federation (TÜSF) has been completed with the matches played at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University.
In the matches held at the MAKÜ facilities between May 19-23, a total of seven university teams competed: Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, Gümüşhane University, Erciyes University, Marmara University, Istanbul Medipol University, Koç University, and Bandırma On Yedi Eylül University.
The first place goes to Marmara University
At the end of five days of exciting matches, Marmara University became the champion of the tournament. Gümüşhane University took second place, while Bandırma On Yedi Eylül University secured third place.
The trophies and medals for the winning teams were presented in a ceremony by Prof. Dr. Emrah Atay, Dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at MAKÜ, and Federation Members.
