MAKÜ, TÜBİTAK ARDEB performance ranked among the top 35 universities in Turkey

Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) was ranked among the most successful universities in Turkey in the evaluation based on TÜBİTAK Research Support Programs (ARDEB) data, which reveals the research capacity and project development performance of universities.

In the analysis prepared using TÜBİTAK and YÖK statistics covering the period 2021–2025 (universities with fewer than 75 project applications during the relevant period were excluded from the analysis), MAKÜ achieved the success of being ranked 35th based on the project support rate.

During the five-year period, 73 out of 347 project applications submitted by MAKÜ were eligible for support, and the project support rate was %21. These results demonstrate MAKÜ's steady rise in research and development activities and its competence in scientific project production.

TÜBİTAK ARDEB programs play an important role in developing our country's scientific research capacity; they contribute to enabling academics to conduct original research, strengthening the research culture, and producing scientific outputs.
