MAKÜ, in the field of Educational Studies, is among the top 800 in the world.

Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) achieved significant success in the 2026 World University Subject Rankings announced by the international higher education ranking organization Times Higher Education (THE).

MAKÜ, in the Education Studies category, which it was included in for the first time, managed to rank in the 601–800 band worldwide. With this achievement, MAKÜ became one of the 39 universities from Turkey that could enter the ranking in this field.

This result reveals that Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University's academic performance in the field of education and its international visibility are increasingly strengthening, while also consolidating the university's position on a global scale.
