Strategic visit from ATTSO delegation to Burdur: Cooperation protocols signed with MAKÜ and BUTSO

The visit program was hosted by MAKÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar and BUTSO President Yusuf Keyik. At the meeting held at Lavanta Tepesi Hotel, the delegation led by ATTSO Chairman of the Board Kenan Sevinç and Secretary General Ziya Arnavutoğlu evaluated the collaborations to be developed in commercial, academic, and sports fields between the two countries.
Collaboration protocol between MAKÜ and ATTSO
Within the scope of the protocol signed between MAKÜ and ATTSO;
- Providing academic consultancy to ATTSO member businesses by MAKÜ,
- Organizing conferences, seminars, business forums, and joint projects,
- Promoting MAKÜ's patented products, software, and robotic solutions in the international arena,
- Developing academic and commercial research collaborations between the two countries,
- Reaching an agreement on implementing joint organizations and activities.
Durana E-Tech and MAKÜ representation discussed
The delegation held a preliminary meeting with Durana E-Tech, affiliated with the Albanian Ministry of Economy, regarding the establishment of a representative branch between MAKÜ and the presentation of patented technologies to the Albanian public and private sectors.
Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to introduce software, robotic systems, embryo transfer technologies, and Burdur local products to the Albanian market.
Egnatia Football Team to conduct camp activities at MAKÜ
Egnatia Football Club managers, who are also ATTSO Board Members, participated in the Burdur program.
General Manager Hekuran Dobra and Technical Director Arben Meta examined MAKÜ's sports facilities on-site and reached a preliminary agreement to conduct the team's camp processes in Burdur. Additionally, collaboration on sports education and academic support from MAKÜ was brought to the agenda.
Double diploma target with Tirana Sports University
During the visit, meetings were held with Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Arben Kacurri and the academic delegation from Albania Tirana Sports University.
In the meetings, the establishment of a sports laboratory between the two universities, the development of joint projects, and the addition of a "double diploma program" to the existing protocol were evaluated.
New bridges with Burdur Chamber of Commerce and Industry
The ATTSO delegation also held meetings for a collaboration protocol with the Burdur Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The purpose of the protocol is;
- Developing mutual trade opportunities,
- Establishing a direct bridge between the business worlds of the two countries,
- Organizing joint commercial activities,
- Conducting studies aimed at increasing trade volume.
“Albania – Turkey: Deep-rooted History, Common Future”
ATTSO President Kenan Sevinç thanked the MAKÜ and BUTSO administrations for their hospitality and the collaboration opportunities provided, stating, “We will build a common future on the deep-rooted history of Albania – Turkey relations.”
As part of the December 21–22 program, the delegation attended a dinner meeting hosted by the Burdur Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Mehmet Akif Ersoy Awards ceremony. Thank you gifts were presented to MAKÜ and the Burdur business community.
