Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar visited various institutions and media organizations in Antalya, making evaluations about the new academic year and the university's activities.
Starting his program with TRT Antalya Radio, Rector Dalgar met with TRT Regional Director Hikmet Kocaman and radio staff. Here, as a live broadcast guest on the Güncel program prepared and presented by Tayfun Yönlü, Dalgar shared the projects carried out by the university, its goals, and its vision for the new term with the listeners.
Then, visiting TRT Antalya News Directorate, Dalgar met with Director M. Ahmet Öcal and the news team. During the visit, Rector Dalgar thanked TRT for its contributions to the university and conveyed his best wishes to the press employees.
Another stop of Dalgar's contacts in Antalya was the Antalya Journalists Association. Visiting Association President İdris Taş in his office, Dalgar also toured the Press Museum established there. Stating that he closely follows the work of the Antalya press, Dalgar expressed his gratitude for the contributions of the local press to society.
In the final part of the program, Rector Dalgar visited the Antalya Press Advertisement Agency and held a meeting with Director İdris Cirit in his office.
Rector Advisor Prof. Dr. Ali Murat Alparslan was also present during the visits.
