Round University Ranking (RUR), which evaluates universities worldwide, announced the global university ranking results for the year 2025.
Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) achieved a significant success by being included for the first time in the 2025 results of the Round University Ranking (RUR), which evaluates the performance of universities worldwide with multidimensional criteria and is based in Moscow.
In the RUR ranking, published since 2010, MAKÜ particularly stood out with its performance in the field of teaching. MAKÜ ranked 722nd worldwide in teaching criteria, while rising to 16th place in Turkey, demonstrating its development in higher education with concrete data.
This success once again highlighted that MAKÜ has consistently raised the quality of education and teaching both nationally and internationally. The university administration stated that this achievement makes them proud and that they will continue their efforts to ensure it increases in the coming years.
