At the Youth World Weightlifting Championship held in Peru, Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Faculty of Sports Sciences student National Weightlifter Fatma Gül Çevik, who brought a gold medal to Turkey by becoming the world champion in total weight, visited Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar in his office. The successful athlete, who proudly waved the crescent-star flag in the international arena, was enthusiastically welcomed by the MAKÜ family.
