The "20th ANGORA Cup Intercollegiate Sports Festival" organized by Bilkent University on March 24-25, 2025, witnessed the great successes of our University's Squash teams. Our university, which made a mark on the tournament with its men's and women's teams, drew attention in the organization with the achievements it won.
In the team competitions, our University's Men's Squash Team left its opponents behind and completed the tournament as champions. Our women's team, on the other hand, achieved 3rd place in the competition.
In the individual category, our athletes also achieved significant successes. In the men's category, İsmail Şafak, one of our students from the Institute of Educational Sciences, defeated his opponents and became the champion, while Uğurcan Kıran, a student from the Faculty of Sports Sciences, completed the tournament in second place. In the women's individual category, Nurşan Şentürk, a student from the Faculty of Sports Sciences, became second with her outstanding performance.
