MAKÜ Culinary Program Students Shared Their Success with Rector Dalgar

Between November 14-17, 2024, by participating in the Gastro Antalya 2024 Gastronomy and Culinary Stars Meeting held in Antalya, the students of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Food Agriculture and Livestock Vocational School (MYO) Culinary Program, who won the Silver Medal in the 'Best University Team of the Year Competition', visited Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar in his office.

 

Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar, in his speech during the visit, congratulated the students and the team, saying:

“This pride is not only a reflection of our students but also an indication of our university's vision. We are proud of your achievements. It means good things are happening at this university. I congratulate you as the chefs of the future. May your success be everlasting.”

 

This success achieved in an important organization at both national and international levels like Gastro Antalya once again showcased MAKÜ's claim in the field of gastronomy and the talents of its students.

 

Accompanying the students who shared their success with MAKÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar were Food Agriculture and Livestock MYO Director Prof. Dr. Şenol Güzel, Lecturer Muhammed Haykır, and Lecturer Yunus Baygül.
