Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Faculty of Sports Sciences student and national athlete Fatmagül Çevik achieved great success at the European Weightlifting Championships for Juniors and Under-23 held in Poland. Competing in the young women’s +87 kg category, Çevik managed to become the second in Europe with her achievements.
1 Silver and 2 Bronze Medals from Çevik
National athlete Fatmagül Çevik lifted 107 kg in the snatch category and 122 kg in the clean and jerk category, winning 1 silver and 2 bronze medals with a total score of 229 kg. Fatmagül Çevik made our country and MAKÜ proud with these achievements.
