MAKU is Gradually Strengthening its Presence in International Rankings

MAKU, in the HE Higher Education Ranking 2024 (HE Higher Education Ranking Organization 2024) World Ranking Organization, demonstrated a significant achievement by ranking in the top 98 among 303 World Universities from 108 different countries.

On its 18th anniversary, MAKU, in the HE Higher Education Ranking 2024 (HE Higher Education Ranking Organization 2024) World Ranking Organization, demonstrated a significant achievement by ranking in the top 98 among 303 World Universities from 108 different countries.

The HE Higher Education Ranking Organization is a scientific, academic and research ranking institution that ranks Higher Education Institutions based on key performance indicators such as Research, Internationalization, Quality of Education, Social, Cultural and Quality Assurance of the Institution, United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and Academic Transparency.

In the report of another World Ranking Organization that ranks universities according to their international academic performance (SCIMAGO Institutions Rankings 2024), 140 universities from Turkey, 565 from the Middle East and 4762 from the world were included.

According to this report, MAKU ranked 2nd in Turkey, 17th in the Middle East, 694th in the world in Psychology, 3rd in Turkey, 12th in the Middle East, 295th in the world in Psychiatry and Mental Health, 8th in Turkey, 25th in the Middle East, 753rd in the world in Arts and Humanities, and 10th in Turkey, 44th in the Middle East, 529th in the world in Veterinary, thus managing to enter the top 1000 in the world, the top 50 in the Middle East, and the top 10 universities in Turkey in the relevant fields.
