From MAKU to Paris Olympics: Dr. Instructor Mert Nalbant, Head of the Shooting National Team

Dr. Mert Nalbant, who serves as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Sports Sciences of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, has been appointed as the Technical Director of the Shooting Trap National Team for the 2024 Paris Olympics. 

After implementing an intensive training program with the National Team athletes to be able to participate in the Paris Olympics, Associate Professor Mert Nalbant, who managed to secure two quotas, will undertake many critical tasks from strategic planning of the team to technical and tactical operations at the Olympics.

We wish success to Associate Professor Mert Nalbant, who will greatly contribute to the national team with his knowledge and experience, and to our Shooting Trap National Team that will represent Turkey at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
