TEKNOFEST Entrepreneurship Program 2026 applications have started

The deadline for applications to the program, which offers million-dollar support to entrepreneurs, is April 27, 2026. The final excitement will be experienced at TEKNOFEST, which will be held in Şanlıurfa between September 30 - October 4.

Applications for the 2026 term of the TEKNOFEST Entrepreneurship Program, conducted under the leadership of the Turkey Technology Team Foundation, one of Turkey's largest technology-focused organizations, have started. The program, in which Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University is also among the stakeholders, offers significant opportunities to young entrepreneurs who want to bring innovative business ideas to life.

Developed in line with the vision of the National Technology Initiative, the program aims to transform the projects of teams and members participating in TEKNOFEST technology competitions into sustainable ventures. In this context, entrepreneurs are provided not only with financial support but also with training, mentorship, and a strong business network.

Comprehensive support for entrepreneurs

Within the scope of the program, participants receive training in critical areas such as business model development, financial planning, and market analysis, while also obtaining one-on-one mentorship support from experts in the field. Additionally, entrepreneurs can access office usage opportunities at T3 Entrepreneurship Centers located in Istanbul.

Moreover, ventures have the chance to meet with investors, seize collaboration opportunities, and promote their projects to large audiences. Especially events like the TEKNOFEST Entrepreneurship Showcase Day and the Take Off Entrepreneurship Summit are among the important showcases for entrepreneurs.

Stage-based financial support

In the 2026 program, special financing opportunities are offered according to the development stages of the ventures. Teams that successfully complete the pre-incubation process can receive up to 100,000 TL in material support, while incorporated ventures are provided with an investment opportunity of 500,000 TL. Projects that complete the acceleration phase can benefit from investment support of up to 1 million TL.

TEKNOFEST 2026 will be held in Şanlıurfa

TEKNOFEST, the world's largest aviation, space, and technology festival, will be held in 2026 hosted by Şanlıurfa. The festival will take place at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport between September 30 - October 4, 2026. The event will include technology competitions, breathtaking shows, and seminars attended by experts in the field.

Great opportunity for MAKÜ students

The program, which offers a significant opportunity for students and academics of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, aims to contribute to the university's entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem. Thanks to MAKÜ's partnership, students' access to the program is facilitated, while it is aimed for projects developed within the university to gain value on a national and global scale.
