Academic Performance Evaluation Applications Announcement

In line with the Academic Performance Evaluation Directive, the academic performances of faculty members who contribute to achieving the performance indicators in our university's Strategic Plan and to our university's high ranking in the university rankings conducted by national and international ranking organizations considered by the Higher Education Council will be supported with "Scientist Support Project-BİDP" that they will submit to the Scientific Research Projects Coordination.

 

The academic performance of faculty members will be calculated and budgeted by converting the academic activities mentioned in the relevant directive into points. Applications will be made through the "Academic Performance" module using the links of the Data Management System available at https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/veriyonetimsistemi or MAKÜNET, in accordance with the explanations in the "Data Management System Help Document." 

 

Faculty members who wish to submit a project to the Scientific Research Projects Coordination with their academic performance score must apply with the required documents according to the "Academic Performance Evaluation Application Calendar" specified below.

Required Documents;

  1. A petition stating the desire to benefit from the performance score.
  2. A document showing the academic performance score obtained from the data management system.
  3. The first page of publications.
  4. A document showing the database in which the publication is indexed and its quartile.
  5. Official patent document.
  6. Official document indicating the project has been completed.
  7. Official document showing the total project budget. (The budget should be presented to include the institution's share, project incentive bonus, and the budget transferred to our university.)
