2024-2025 Academic Year Spring Semester Lateral Transfer application results will be announced at 14:00 on the Lateral Transfer Student Application System. Notifications will also be sent via email.
Candidates who have gained the right to definite registration will complete their registrations online on 30.01.2025-31.01.2025 through the Lateral Transfer Student Application System https://obs.mehmetakif.edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app/login.aspx. The announcement for reserve candidates will be made on 03.02.2025.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM OUR STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED DEFINITE REGISTRATION
Documents that need to be submitted to our university after the definite registration process:
1- Document showing no disciplinary action has been taken.
2- A document indicating that there are no books, materials, devices, etc., belonging to the university the candidate is registered at, in their possession “Document stating there is no obstacle to lateral transfer”. Students must submit the document showing there is no obstacle to lateral transfer during or after registration.
ADAPTATION
Our student will submit an adaptation petition to the student affairs of the unit they are registered with, along with the current transcript for exemption procedures. The class to be adapted, the duration spent in the registered higher education program, and the courses successfully completed will be evaluated by the adaptation committees.
DISENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
Our student who has registered will not perform any disenrollment procedure from the university they are currently registered at. The disenrollment procedure will be carried out through official correspondence between universities after registering at our university.
