Yüksek Lisans/Doktora Programlarına Başvuru

Sevgili Aday Öğrencimiz,

Yurtdışından Öğrenci Kabulüne ilişkin Yönerge kapsamında Yabancı Uyruklu Öğrenciler, 2025-2026 Akademik Yılı Güz Dönemi için Lisansüstü Programlara 09 Temmuz -21 Ağustos 2025 tarihleri arasında online başvuru yapabilirler.

Başvuru süreci 2 aşamadan oluşmaktadır:

1. Aşama: Başvuru Ücreti Ödeme

• Öncelikle  https://yos.mehmetakif.edu.tr/login adresine girerek kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmanız gerekmektedir.
• Sisteme giriş yaptıktan sonra 20 ABD Doları tutarındaki başvuru ücretini online olarak ödemeniz gerekir.
• Ödeme işlemi tamamlandığında, sistem sizi otomatik olarak başvuru sayfasına yönlendirecektir.
• Önemli Not: Başvuru ücreti iade edilmez.
•  

2. Aşama: Belge Yükleme ve Tercih İşlemleri

• Ücret ödendikten sonra sistem üzerinden “Yeni bir hesap oluştur” butonuna tıklayarak tekrar kullanıcı oluşturmanız gerekmektedir.
• Ardından gerekli belgeleri yükleyip tercih işlemlerinizi tamamlayabilirsiniz.

2025-2026 Akademik Yılı Yüksek Lisans/Doktora Programları Kabul-Kayıt Takvimi

Dear Prospective Student,

Online applications of International Students to Master’s and PhD Degrees will be accepted between the dates July 9- 21, 2025 for 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Term.

The application process consists of 2 steps:

Step 1: Application Fee Payment

• First, go to https://yos.mehmetakif.edu.tr/login and create a user account.
• After logging in, you are required to pay the application fee of 20 USD online.
• Once the payment is completed, the system will automatically redirect you to the application page.
• Please note: The application fee is non-refundable.

Step 2: Document Upload and Program Preferences

• After the payment, click on “Create a new account” from the redirected page and create another user account.
• Then, you can upload the required documents and complete your program preferences.
•

ONLİNE BAŞVURU İÇİN GEREKLİ BELGELER

Lisansüstü Programlara Başvuru için Gerekli Belgeler:

a)            Lisans ve/veya yüksek lisans diplomasının noter onaylı örneği ve Türkçe tercümesi

b)           Transkriptin noter onaylı örneği ve Türkçe tercümesi

c)            Pasaport/ Kimlik belgesinin fotokopisi, (pasaportun kimlik ile ilgili kısımlarının) 

d)            TÖMER’den Türkçe yeterlilik düzeyini (B1/ B2 veya C1) gösterir belge (Varsa)

e)            Doktora Programı adayları için, yabancı dil yeterliliğini gösteren belge, (Doktora programlarına başvuru yapacak Yabancı Uyruklu adaylardan, İngilizce, Almanca veya Fransızca Dillerinden herhangi birine ait YDS’den veya eş değer bir sınavdan en az 55/100 puan almış olmak şartı aranır. Bu belgelerden herhangi birine sahip olmayan adaylar, ders aşaması bitinceye kadar aranılan dil şartını sağlamak zorundadır).

* Türkçe olmayan belgelerin tümünün resmi onaylı tercümesi gerekmektedir.

* Türkiye’de bir yükseköğretim kurumundan mezun olan yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerden Türkçe Dil şartı aranmaz.

Documents Required for Application to Graduate Programs:

a) Notarized copy of undergraduate and/or graduate diploma and its Turkish translation

b) Notarized copy of the transcript and its Turkish translation

c) Notarized copy of the passport/ identity document (parts of passport related to identity) and its Turkish translation

d) Document showing the Turkish proficiency level (B1/ B2 or C1) from TÖMER, 

e) For Doctoral Program candidates, a document showing foreign language proficiency, (For foreign candidates who will apply to doctorate programs, it is required to have a minimum score of 55/100 from English, German or French YDS or an equivalent exam. Candidates who do not have any of these documents must meet the language requirement until the end of the course phase.)

* All non-Turkish documents must have a notarized copy.

* Turkish language requirement is not required for foreign students who have graduated from a higher education institution in Turkey.
