Our students studying at our university, who could not attend the Midterm Exams due to their excuses in the Spring Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year, should fill out the Excuse Form located at https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu by 24:00 on May 2, 2024, or apply in person to their registered faculty/YO/MYO deans/directors/conservatory with a petition and attachments showing their excuses.
Our students who want to apply online, after logging in with their student number and student information system (ÖBİS) passwords, they need to check and confirm the information that appears and follow the steps below.
· They should enter the course and instructor information and click the "Add Course Information" button,
· The reasons for not being able to attend the Midterm Exam should be briefly stated,
· If they have mandatory excuses that are difficult to document, the relevant documents (medical report, death certificate, etc.) should be uploaded in PDF format,
After filling in the fields marked with (*) completely, they need to click the "Submit Application to the Unit" button and complete the process.
Applications for the excuse exam of Common Elective Courses (OSD) will be made to the unit where the course is opened.
