International students who have gained the right to enroll in our university will have their registration processed by us if they pay the semester tuition fee. Semester Tuition Fee payments https://yos.mehmetakif.edu.tr/ will be made by logging in through the link.

 

*The tuition fee paid by students who register online will not be refunded.

 

Students who pay the semester tuition fee will have their acceptance letters with QR codes sent to their email addresses. Additionally, students requesting a student certificate will have their student certificates sent if they apply via email to oidb@mehmetakif.edu.tr.

 

Student Files-Document Submission

 

Students must submit the necessary documents for final registration to the Institutes IN PERSON or through a Notary approved proxy.

            Documents Required from Students Who Have Gained the Right to Final Registration

a) Diploma or graduation certificate accepted as equivalent by YÖK (original),

b) Transcript (original),

c) Original or notarized copy of the study visa obtained from Foreign Representations,

ç) Certified copy of a valid Passport,

d) Residence permit for study purposes (obtained after final registration),

e) Six photographs (taken within the last six months),

f) Receipt showing that the tuition fee has been paid,

g) Document showing that the student receives a scholarship for students with scholarships

h) Document showing general health insurance (obtained after final registration).
