2024-2025 Academic Year Spring Semester Course Registration / Registration Renewal Announcement
The course registration/registration renewal processes for the Spring Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year at our university will be conducted between January 27, 2025 - February 2, 2025, and the add-drop processes will be conducted online between February 3-7.
The procedure to follow during registration renewal through the Student Automation System:
* For course registration, log in to the Student Information System via MAKÜ-Net. Press the “Course Registration” button located in the Course and Semester Transactions menu. After selecting courses on the opened screen, use the “Check” button to verify the courses. Then the “Finalize” button will appear. By pressing the “Finalize” button, the courses you have finalized will be sent to your academic advisor's page from the system. Your course registration will be completed after the approval of the academic advisor.
* The course registrations of students who select courses are finalized after the control and approval of the academic advisor.
* Courses that are not approved by the academic advisor cannot be registered and are not considered as registered.
IMPORTANT: Every transaction related to course selection and registration renewal is recorded based on date, time, and user. Therefore, all responsibility lies with the student who registers and renews the registration and their academic advisor.
Contribution Fee/Tuition Fee
All students studying within the program duration in the first education can perform course registration without paying the contribution fee.
The help document prepared for the contribution fee/tuition fee payment process is provided at https://oidb.mehmetakif.edu.tr/tr/content/20472/harc-yatirma-islemi-nasil-yapilir.
During the course registration/registration renewal processes, the contribution fee/tuition fee can be learned from the “Fee Information” menu on the Student Information System address, and after the payment of the contribution fee/tuition fee is made by specifying the student number at any branch of Vakıflar Bank in Turkey or via internet banking, the course registration process is carried out.
Payment via internet banking is made by selecting Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University from the payments/other payments/education payments menu with student numbers. It is strictly necessary not to perform an EFT transaction in the contribution fee/tuition fee payment process.
Students who need to perform course registration after paying the contribution fee/tuition fee;
Second education and distance education program students, (including preparatory class)
First education students who have completed the program duration, (including those within the maximum education period or those who have completed the maximum education period)
Students enrolled in a second higher education institution, (of the last enrolled program)
Undergraduate completion students,
Students accepted from abroad (foreign nationals) cannot perform course registration without paying the contribution fee/tuition fee.
