APPLICATION PLACE 

Applications will be made electronically through the online application system. Applications will not be accepted in person or by mail by coming to the university.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

1-With Central Placement Score (Additional Article-1) to the same or different program (For undergraduate and associate degree programs)

2-With Grade Point Average only for associate degree programs;

  • * Inter-Institutional (GPA) with the same program,
  • * Turkish citizens from Foreign Higher Education institutions; Inter-Institutional (Abroad) with the same program,
  • * Intra-Institutional (GPA) with the same program applications will be accepted.
  •  

Applications for horizontal transfer to preparatory classes, Dentistry program, and special talent programs in undergraduate programs will not be accepted in the spring semester.

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION

It is mandatory to upload the documents written below to the application system during the online application.

For all students;

1-Student Selection and Placement System (ÖSYS)/ Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS), Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) Result Document internet printout (Exam result document showing all scores obtained by the candidate)

2-Student Selection and Placement System (ÖSYS)/ Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS), Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) Placement Result Document internet printout (Placement result document showing the program the candidate is placed in)

3-Student Certificate (Documents obtained from E-Government with a current date are valid)

4-Transcript Document (Documents obtained from E-Government with a current date are valid)

5-For programs with a compulsory preparatory class (English Language Teaching, English Language and Literature, and Theology), a document proving success in the preparatory class for students applying for horizontal transfer.

 

In case of missing any of the documents required for application above, applications will not be evaluated by the relevant board/commission.

 

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR PLACED CANDIDATES

The definite registrations of candidates placed in the university will be made online within the specified dates.

 

Documents to be submitted after the registration process to our university:

1-Document showing no disciplinary penalty.

2-Document showing that there are no books, materials, devices, etc., in use belonging to the University the candidate is registered to, indicating there is no obstacle to horizontal transfer. Students must submit the document showing there is no obstacle to horizontal transfer during or after registration.

 

DISENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

The student who has gained the right to register will not perform any disenrollment procedure from the university they are currently registered to. The disenrollment procedure will be carried out through official correspondence between universities after registration to our university.

 

ADAPTATION

The student who has gained the right to horizontal transfer will submit an adaptation petition to the unit student affairs for exemption procedures after registration. The class to be adapted, the duration spent in the registered higher education program, and the courses successfully completed will be evaluated by the adaptation boards.
