Inter-Institutional, Intra-Institutional and International Grade Point Average Lateral Transfer Announcement

Applications for lateral transfer with the grade point average of the Fall Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year of our University will be made ONLINE (Online) within the quotas specified in the attachment. The application calendar, quotas and legislation information are in the announcement appendix. The necessary documents will be uploaded to the application system in pdf format during the application process.

LATERAL TRANSFER APPLICATIONS:

With the General Weighted Grade Point Average;

  • Inter-Institutional (Domestic) to the Same Program,
  • Inter-Institutional (International) to the Same Program,
  • Intra-Institutional to the Same Program, applications will be received.

APPLICATION DATES:

Start Date: August 22, 2024
End Date      :August 29, 2024

 

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:

1.    ÖSYM exam result document (Document with all score types)

2.    ÖSYM placement result document

3.    Certified student document (Document obtained from the e-Government system is also accepted.)

4.    Certified transcript document (Document obtained from the e-Government system is also accepted.)

5.    Certified document indicating the disciplinary status (If it is stated on the Transcript Document or Student Document, the same document is accepted.)

6.    Course contents (They will write the link of the page with course contents of the University they are registered to.)

7.    Document indicating that they are in the top 10% in terms of success (Students applying from the second education to the first education will upload.)

8.    A letter stating that there is no obstacle to his/her lateral transfer and that a lateral transfer has not been made before with the central placement score.

9.    Document indicating that students applying for lateral transfer to programs with a compulsory preparatory class have passed the preparatory class at the school they previously came from or have a valid score from national or international foreign language exams accepted as equivalent by the Interuniversity Board. (If any)

10. Special Talent Result Document (For those who will apply to Special Talent programs)

All documents must be in pdf format.
